Group tariffs
Deposit:
A deposit of R 4,000 is required to confirm your booking.
Groups less than 20 persons:
Minimum cost of R 6 400 per booking for 2 nights.
Groups of 20 to 35 persons:
The tariff is R 160 pp per night.
Groups from 36+ persons:
The tariff is R 150 pp per night.
Children up to 5 years:

Complete both forms and e-mail the signed documents to info@uitspanretreat.co.za.
Cancellation policy
40 days before booking date the full deposit will be paid back.
Within 40 days of booking date 100% of the deposit is charged.
The retreat accommodates groups of up to 104 people and welcome Christian churches, schools, leadership training, cultural organisations and NGO’s.
It is worthwhile to make reservations as soon as possible. High season is from mid August to May. Take into account that long weekends and holidays during this time are usually the first to be booked.
